In order to find new ideas and receive impulses, we are again offering you a Q-workshop on 03.03.2021 in Hanover on the subject of "Customer feedback - important impulse generator and instrument for customer loyalty".

 

Due to the ongoing lockdown, we and our lecturer Lydia Albers decided to offer the themed workshop digitally via zoom instead of the planned face-to-face event in Hanover. So please let us know in the registration mask or by e-mail to fischhoefer@tourismusniedersachsen.de whether you are interested in the online variant or in a face -to- face event or whether both would be OK for you.

 

If you are wondering how the handling of customer feedback can be organized in the company, what the most important feedback channels are and how adequately negative feedback should be responded to, this workshop is exactly the right one.

 

The workshop shows which opportunities an actively operated feedback management holds for your company. You will get to know suitable tools from the ServiceQualität Deutschland initiative and use them to examine your company in dealing with customer feedback. Based on this, you develop specific improvement measures for implementation in your company. Best practice examples and the exchange with the other participants provide new impulses.

IHK webinar on the funding program "Lower Saxony digitally charged" on February 12th

 

Support for retailers who want to position themselves digitally is provided by the new “Lower Saxony digitally charged” funding program. Dealers who seek advice on digitization will receive a grant of up to 2,500 euros.

The Lower Saxony Chamber of Commerce, NBank and the Lower Saxony digital agency will be providing information on how exactly they can get the money and which components “Lower Saxony digitally recharged” will be available at a free webinar on February 12, 10 am to 11 am.

Online seminar: Are you ready for the international guest? - Dates from February 23, 2021

 

You can find out how to prepare for international guests in the online seminar Fit for the International Guest .

 

The international guest is the focus of free digital one-day seminars by our Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Association of Mecklenburgischer Ostseebäder eV. Find out more about a target group that sets its own standards for service and quality: What is important for a Danish or Swedish guest? What does a Dutch guest look out for? Which international guest suits me and my offer at all?

 

The event is divided into two 3.5 hours each. From February 23, you can choose from six double dates as a morning or afternoon course. The registration deadline is five days before the start of the first block.

 

Registration for the online seminar ; the registration runs through the Verband Mecklenburgischer Ostseebäder e. V., because he has taken over the project management.

Seminar in Lüneburg: "Hello, how can I help you?" - on April 21 or 29, 2021

Seminar in Lüneburg: SQD Quality Coach - on November 11th and 12th, 2021

 

Become a quality coach with an SQD certificate and reflect on your company from the perspective of the international guest.

 

The seminar gives you the chance to question your own service through the eyes of the international guest and to sensitize yourself to the international guest. This event includes the official training as a Q-Coach (SQD). This training enables the participant to bring a company to certification according to the quality system of ServiceQualität Deutschland and otherwise costs 349 euros (net).

 

This training is free of charge for service providers in the Hamburg Metropolitan Region.
